Q. When I ship out my parts , will I get back my originals?"
A. Yes. You will always get your originals back. In some cases I have identical inventory in stock. If a faster turn around time is requested, I will offer you my cores for immediate shipping. You will be notified before.

Q. What is the turn around time for my parts?
A. Typically it depends on the part and work required. In many cases your parts will be returned within 6-8 weeks or before.

Q. What will be done to my part exactly?
A. I am asked sometimes to just do a clean up . I do not do partial restorations. All my work is complete. I cannot and do want to cut corners. I truly believe that the best way is to go all the way. Remember , you want the part to look its' best and my reputation is also at stake.

Q. Do you buy cores?
A. In some cases I will buy cores. It depends on what you have for sale. I will entertain all offers. Sometimes I will also trade cores for restoration services. Let's talk.

Q. What warranty do I get?
A. Simple. Complete satisfaction. If you are not happy just let me know and I will do my very best to satisfy you. I do not set a time limit on my warranty but let's be fair. If you install your part 10 years later from date of your reception, it wouldn't be fair to me.
